Shipment and Return Policy

Shipping Policy

  • ThePetshop.ph, we aim to deliver your order to you within 2 to 5 working days, from the date of purchased (excluding Holidays and Sundays) provided that the address is complete and the receiver is available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt. If the address is incomplete or the receiver is unavailable to receive the package, this will delay the delivery. Natural occurrences may also affect the expected delivery time.
  • Receiver has to provide his signature as an approval of receiving the order, together with his photo Identification.
  • If you won't be around to personally receive your order, please write a short authorization letter stating the name of the person who will be receiving your order and will need him to present this, along with his valid ID, and copy of your ID to the rider.
  • Free Shipping will adhere to FREE Shipping guidelines. Please take note that some products are not included in FREE Shipping promotion/offer. Please click the Free Shipping icon for complete details.
  • A maximum of two delivery attempts will be made by the courier agency. Shipping cost will be shouldered by the buyer/receiver after the two unsuccessful delivery attempts. No Redirection or Change of Address will be entertained once order is dispatched.
  • On dispatch, an Airway Bill (AWB) / Tracking No. generated will be e-mailed to your registered email address.

Return and Exchange Policy

  • Consumers are entitled to either an exchange or refund, as long as there is a defect in the quality of goods or imperfection in the service.
  • While you have the right to choose and make a canvass of prices, once a sale in done and the product has no defect, one cannot return the goods nor ask for a refund.
  • You can return or exchange a product for up to 7 days from the date you purchased it. Once the return is received and inspected, (usually within 48 to 72 hours of receipt) we will notify you via email. 
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate exchange of product for another one, (similar item) or a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
